Disclaimer of Warranties SDI hereby disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, fitness for a particular purpose, design, condition, quality, accuracy, reliability, capacity, material workmanship, counts, completeness of specifications, details, plans, addenda or the like.
